Shipping Policy
Breed & Thread ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We are not able to ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international addresses at this time.
Depending on which partner produces your item, orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and the carrier is chosen by the printing partner rather than by you. Because we cannot control which carrier is assigned to your item, a U.S. street address is required at checkout. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders of $35.00 or more, before taxes and after discounts.
When your order qualifies, both Economy Delivery and Standard Delivery are free — whichever service you choose at checkout costs nothing.
"Eligible" means any order that is shipping to a U.S. address, using standard shipping, with a merchandise subtotal of $35.00 or more once any discount codes and automatic discounts have been applied. No state, product, size, or weight is excluded — every item in our catalog qualifies. Because the subtotal is measured after discounts, please note that a discount code can bring an order below $35.00, in which case standard shipping rates apply.
Orders Under $35.00
Shipping costs for orders below $35.00 are calculated and displayed at checkout, before payment is completed.
Processing Time
Our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production and order processing before an item ships. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays.
How Shipping Is Calculated
Every Breed & Thread item is printed to order. We work with a small group of U.S. print partners, and each one produces and ships from its own facility. Because of this, shipping is calculated at checkout rather than set at a flat rate. Your shipping cost depends on three things:
- The item — a mug, a blanket, and a t-shirt are produced by different partners and ship differently.
- Your delivery address — rates vary by destination within the United States.
- What is in your cart — if your order includes items made by more than one print partner, they ship in separate packages and your shipping total reflects each shipment.
You will always see the exact shipping cost for your order at checkout, in full, before any payment is taken. Nothing is added afterward. If a shipping charge ever looks wrong, email stevie@breedandthread.com before you order and we will confirm the exact cost.
What Shipping Costs
Orders of $35.00 or more, before taxes and after discounts, ship free by either Economy or Standard Delivery. For orders below $35.00, shipping is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay. Economy is always our lowest-priced option.
The rates below are typical starting rates for a single item. Your exact rate depends on the items in your cart and is confirmed at checkout.

Carts with more than one item are quoted as a combined shipment where possible. For example, two 11 oz mugs ship together for $9.38 by Economy Delivery rather than twice the single-mug rate.
Rates are subject to change as our carriers update their pricing. The rate shown at checkout is always the rate you pay.
Shipping Options and Delivery Estimates
Two shipping services are offered at checkout, Standard Delivery and Economy Delivery. Rates and delivery estimates vary by product, so the exact price for your order is always displayed at checkout before you pay, along with a delivery estimate for most orders. As a general guide, once an order ships, Standard Delivery typically estimates 2–11 business days and Economy Delivery 4–15 business days, depending on which production partner makes your item. Orders that contain items from more than one production partner may not show a single combined delivery estimate, because each item follows its own production and transit schedule.
These estimates are provided by the carrier at the time you order. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons.
Orders Containing Multiple Items
Our items are produced by several different production partners depending on the product. If your order contains items made by more than one partner, those items are produced and shipped separately. They may arrive in different packages, on different days, and with separate tracking numbers. You are never charged more than once for shipping because of this, and a qualifying order still ships free in full.
Tracking
When tracking is available for a shipment, we send the tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. Orders that ship in more than one package will receive tracking for each shipment as it leaves the facility.
Carriers and Delivery Addresses
Depending on which partner produces your item, orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Because carrier assignment varies by product, a U.S. street address is required and we are not able to ship to PO Boxes.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and reshipment costs may apply.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Photographs of damaged items and their packaging help us resolve these quickly.
