Our Friendly Return Policy
We want you to love every purchase from us! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will provide a free shipping label for you to return the item.
Eligibility for Returns:
Your item can be gently worn — we understand that trying something on is part of the process! Each return will be inspected upon arrival to ensure it meets our reasonable return standards.
How to Start a Return:
Simply email us at pawprintportraittees@gmail.com to initiate your return. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right for you.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. Once we’ve processed your return, you’ll receive your refund, and your new order will be on its way.
For Our European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order without providing a reason. Your item must be returned in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
