Our Friendly Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Breed and Thread. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, and we'll provide a free shipping label for you to send it back.

Eligibility for Returns:
Returned items may be tried on, but must be unwashed and free from stains, damage, strong odors, and excessive pet hair.

How to Start a Return:
Email us at stevie@breedandthread.com to begin. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label. Returns sent without prior approval can't be accepted.

Damages & Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away — we'll move quickly to make it right.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Gift cards, and items personalized with a name, photo, or custom text you supplied, cannot be returned. Our standard breed designs are printed to order but are fully returnable under the 30-day policy above — including items purchased with a discount code or promotional offer.

Exchanges
The fastest route is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is processed, your refund is issued and your new order is already on its way.

Refunds
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card companies may need extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us at stevie@breedandthread.com.
